What is a Big? A Big is having a big sister, that one person you connect with most, your mentor, someone who guides you. Having a Big is a huge part of Alpha Phi. Each new member has a chance to connect with other members in the chapter by getting paired up, spending time together, and getting to know each other! Here at Alpha Phi, we make things extra special by having a Big/Little WEEK, where every day your Big (secretly) surprises you with gifts and clues to who they are. At the end of the week, Alpha Phi does a HUGE reveal when you find out who your Big is! When you join Alpha Phi, you become a part of a sisterhood, a bond that lasts for life. Having a big makes this bond even stronger!
